It has been my experience over the past two years that both of you are truly "experts" in automotive repair.  I am a father with three teenagers that have three older cars, and each has had their share of automotive troubles over the past two years.  Every time that I bring these cars into your shop you have correctly identified the current problem and fixed that problem, and that problem has stayed fixed.  You have provided me with "good news" at times and "bad news" at times, depending on the problem, but you have been honest with me about the problems and fixed what needed to be fixed.  The bottom line to me is that I trust your opinions, but most of all I trust the quality work that you provide to my family and me.  I do recommend you to my friends as a reliable and quality place to do business.

     Over the last forty or so years i have used many automotive service repair providers. Some were dealers, franchised centers, tire repair centers, some good, and some bad.
    After the last good repair shop owner retired I've been looking for someone I can trust and do excellent work at a good price. It took a couple of years before I heard about you.
    First impressions were good. Your waiting room was clean. The shop was clean and orderly. John was friendly and patient when listening to me describe my problem. The work was started, and I was shown the parts being replaced as I was waiting for the repair to be completed. The repair was completed, the car tested, and returned to me.
    Since then I have used your service three more times. In each case, your work was finished on time at the agreed price without having to "bring it back again."

    I just want to send a great Thank You to you guys. I had a check engine light on in my 2000 Chevy Blazer for months. I had taken it to my previous mechanic (before I knew you guys were around) several times. I now know that he was probably guessing what was causing the light to come on as he changed many parts on my vehicle. Time after time, he would put on a new part and turn off the light and say, "That should do it, if the light comes back on let me know". Guess what, every time the check engine light would come back within a week. Finally, a friend of mine told me about the Auto Experts. I came to you guys with my Blazer and explained the problem. After you guys did some examining, it was determined the problem with my vehicle was something called the Mass Air Flow sensor. Joe called me and  explained to me the problem in a way that a person with not much knowledge of vehicles would understand. In the end, The Auto Experts diagnosed my vehicle and fixed the problem the first time. It is now 2 months later and there is no sign of that check engine light. I wanted to send you this letter to say how thankful I am that my friend told me about you guys and that I will tell any of my friends that are having car issues to give The Auto Experts a call.
